Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly in the actions of our initiatives. From the moment we started our work in 2022, we understood that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Sister I Hear You Inc. We strive to make a positive change in all of our pursuits.
Ways We Help
The Focus of Our Efforts is to serve the women in the metro Detroit areas by providing resources that offer the following: one-on-one advanced technology assistance, financial literacy education, budgeting guidance and planning, life skill coaching, job readiness skills while coaching for the interview tools are explained in detail, first-time home buyers workshops, professional business etiquette seminars, mentor pairing, emergency bill payment assistance, transportation vouchers, wellness and safety workshops.
Furthering our cause is the most important goal of our organization. We seek to support, empower, and provide high quality resources to the women of the Metro Detroit community. Our success isn’t measured in terms of wealth or profit margin, but by the value we provide to those we serve. Learn more about what we do below.

A note from the Founder: The story behind the mission of Sister I Hear You Inc, is derived from my personal experience within the community and the women I met throughout my life's journey. Those women did not realize then, that they were the force behind rebuilding their family’s legacies and educating me in the process. The passion I had to see these women soar above adversity boiled deeply inside me. That passion became the motor that served as the primary focus for my desire to educate women on a social and economic level.Â
At the age of 16, I was placed in a youth facility and became emancipated as a minor. I did not realize that this emancipation would serve as a badge of honor. My badge of honor would lead me down a path of self-discovery. I learned the benefits of obtaining an education on levels beyond high school. A pivotal need in my educational achievements. I educated myself on business etiquette, by way of collegiate scholars. I quickly learned that business etiquette is essential for success in any part of the business world. The business world can be a struggle for women who may have minimal knowledge of the term "glass ceiling" and the struggles that came before them. Once I realized that the knowledge I obtained must be shared, mentoring other women became my focus.
